The therapist Inbal Rait cut my 30 minute sessions like 10 minutes early regularly. I found the service to be unprofessional and lazy. That is all

Dr Ashby and staff are amazing! They listen to your needs, they are efficient, caring and supportive. If they don’t have all the answers they know who to refer you to . I have never felt rushed or stressed about seeing my doctor.

Great care. I Γ m very hard to work with. It has been over four years...I am treated like a person respected every single time. I love the way that how my questions and ideas matter never ignored

Usually, no one answers phone call because I have been calling many times, at least I have to wait more than 45 to hours to speak someone. The person in front most times doesn’t know what to do or not trained well. Every I go the office to make an appointment and in front desk has been rude most of times. I was not happy the way front desk person gave me attitude. It has happened several times. It is unacceptable to service a customer with this attitude. Administration has failed to provide training for staff or does not care about rates see online recently.

Poor Handling and No Accountability I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. During my first visit, they drew blood using the wrong tube, and the lab rejected the sample. I came back for a second draw, which was done by the office manager herself. Despite this, the lab still said they received the wrong test. When I spoke with the office manager, she insisted that everything was correctβ€”even though clearly something went wrong twice. What’s most frustrating is not just the repeated errors, but the complete lack of accountability. I lost time, had to endure extra needle sticks, and was still left without clear answers. Patients deserve care that is accurate and responsibleβ€”this was neither.
